Downtown Miami is home to Miami's most renowned arts and culture institutions and organizations. In its second year, the Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) arts and culture initiative DWNTWN Arts and Culture is working to bring together all of Downtown's exciting arts and culture activities and events under one cohesive umbrella.
A major highlight of this is DWNTWN Art Days-- the first collective two day arts and culture event spanning Downtown Miami. This event included exhibitions, exclusive art tours, artists open studios, it also featured outdoor performances, a bike ride, a kickball match and last but definitely not least a dedicated arts and culture trolley for easy access to all of arts and culture venues.
